Be a bee at The Event Hive!

We creative creatures need an environment
where imaginations can thrive,
and we like to fill that environment with people
who are equally imaginative,
can think in and outside the box whenever it’s needed,
who enjoy learning about target markets and style trends,
and who love the world of idea and event creation.
Now that we’re growing our team, there just might be a slot for you.

Send in your applications!
If you think you fit the bill, drop us your letter,
your resume and your portfolio if you have one
and send it to

Or you can swing by our humble hive with your application in hand,
at M. Logarta St., Subangdaku, Mandaue City, Cebu.

At the moment, we’re looking for:

Event Associate:

We’re in search for an event associate who can assist our Event Director
in developing and executing marketing strategies for every event.
The EA will be talking to a lot of people: vendors, event venue providers
and other staff, as well as assist in, and coordinate event communications
and post-event engagement.
He/she must be ready to be an Event Manager if and when necessary.
The EA may also serve as the in-house guru for interns should there be any (isn’t that fun?)

For this, we’re looking for one who:
Is people-oriented
Has great communication skills
Has an eye for organization
Observant + imaginative

Event Stylist:

Come and make magic! We want our events to be in style,
and what with a growing client base,
we’re gonna need an event stylist
who can work specifically on arrangements,
decor and the overall aesthetic feel of the event.

A range of design skills are very useful for this position, including:

Incorporating elements from styling to interior design to lighting
the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
attention to detail
can do budget management efficiently
some leadership skills

Flowers! Who doesn’t like flowers? They’re pretty!
But if you have a more-then-average love and know-how for flowers,
read on because we’re looking for a florist to be part of our team,
someone who either grows their own flowers
or will make orders from wholesalers
to ensure an adequate supply required for our events.
Here’s what else you’re gonna be doing:

Determine the type of arrangement desired, the occasion,
and the date, time, and location that each arrangement is needed
Recommend flowers and greenery for each arrangement
Consider the customer’s budget when making recommendations
Design floral displays that evoke a particular sentiment or style

Graphic Artist

As a graphic artist, yours is probably among the most needed skills in
any industry, include that of events.
And, yippee, we’re looking for one!

Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites
Create designs and design solutions either by hand or using computer software packages
Select colors, images, text style, and layout
Present the design to clients or the creative director
Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
Review designs for errors before releasing material for printing or publishing
